Hello Bloggers!! Welcome to this wonderful space! Let me tell you my vision for this blog. After several months of prayer…I feel the Lord is leading me to make a blog to give Christian Mothers a place to get a smile or encouragment for the day. I hope this page will reach many mothers for Christ or at least make you smile!
Now, let me tell you a little about me! My name is Marie. I am the mother of two wonderful children-my daughter is 18 months and my son is 1 month! So, as you can see, I need daily encouragement and things to smile about! I have been married to my husband for 6 years now. He is a pastor. I am a full time stay-at-home mom and preacher’s wife. I love my family and I love Jesus! He has given me so many things to be happy about.
I pray that this blog will be a nice place for us to rejoice about our children, encourage each other, and just give support. Marie, What a great way to minister! I too feel the calling to reach out to moms and offer encouragement. I have two boys, one will soon be 20 and is a Bible major at Hannibal LaGrange, my youngest son will be a junior in H.S. this next Fall. Being a mom is THE greatest job I could ever have and I am so thrilled when I find young mothers who also feel the same. I realize there are a lot of women out there who need encouragement and through Jesus Christ we can offer that. Thank you for this ministry to mothers everywhere. Can I just share that in my 20 years of motherhood the ONE thing I have found to get me through the ups and downs of child-rearing is PRAY DAILY for your children and realize HE loves them so much more that you so they are in Good Hands!
